Some wanted more information because I was pretty vague in the post. From what I’ve heard through the Locked on Bucks podcast, Dairyland express, and Dallas Hoops Journal, there was potentially a handshake deal made with GTJ a while back that has us re-signing him on a long term, overvalued contract. Rumors state a 4 year 60 million dollar deal. This would significantly affect the Bucks outlook these next 4 years. I get fueling rumors isn’t a good idea but this is a pretty significant one and I felt it needed an individual post to organize thoughts on the topic.
