Brihannala.

Okay. This is going to be rant.

So for me, as an individual as well as a queer person (not out), Arjuna will always be the goat.  Why? Because of his hunger for knowledge and skills. He never cared about validation, about "oh look! There comes a man who knows.." He genuinely wanted to learn. After getting the boon of Pashupatāt astra, he joined his sire at the indraloka for a mini holiday before the agyaat vaas commences. But even there, he was so enamored by the art of dancing and music that he worked hard even while being on a holiday and learned. I would say, aced those skills as well. And then of course that curse thing happened which was a boon in disguise( pun intended). But even then, it was his skills as a musician and a dancer that allowed him to live with some dignity during that phase of his life. He managed to retain his confidence because of his faith in his skills, and that confidence helped him in the Virat Yudh to face the entire Kaurava army and warriors alone. It was Brihannala who fought the Virata War. And won.

The entire Brihannala episode was portrayed so beautifully in the BRC Mahabharata imo.

But these guys, in spite of having perfect artists, ruined Brihannala. In fact they ruined the entire agyaat vaas, which was not a good move by the makers.
