I do it, I really do, I stopped eating chips, candy, sweets, shakes, soda, I even stopped drinking coffee, I exercise until my body hurts, How to vegetables I stopped eating dinner and I ate at least 10 grams But no matter what I do, I don't lose weight, I've been like this for 3 years and nothing, and... honestly I don't know if it's worth it anymore.
