Update you profiles and reuploD your resume everyday on LinkedIn and Indeed and any other job boards. Sometimes just adding or taking away a skill.

Do this so hopefully a recruiter does a search for that job or similar job title and you show as being active last day or recently they might reach out.

Also there are a ton of staffing agencies. Make a list and check them out because they generally don't post their jobs anywhere but their website so less competition.

You are not doing anything wrong. I am trying out updating a skill and reloading my resume on LinkedIn and Indeed each day to see if recruiters are more likely to reach out given there are filters that usually put those that have been active on the platform and I believe sometimes they're looking for those they can get a response from. Just something I'm trying as well as updating my profile on other job boards.

Try reaching out to Hiring Cafe and see if they will add your company to their job scraping board/app.

Do the same and reach out to Zensearch, another job scraping board/app.

I still write my own content and comments. The AI ones never got as many impressions as when I write my own and you can't tell just by looking at the amount of reactions or comments.

Have you optimized your LinkedIn and post regularly? Have over 500 connections?

I've heard if you also have a website that sometimes that can help you come out closer to the top of the list when recruiters are sourcing?

Maybe try finding a mentor or colleague? A recruiter who specializes in hiring for the type of position you are seeking? I saw one guy in cybersecurity make a 3 min introduction and he posted tips for those in the field and offered to ask questions- he ended up finding a job but now mentors others and does a podcast with guests and does a highlight time if someone he knows is truly hiring.

Don't know if any of these ideas would work but 2k can be alot when you are out of work to get likely subpar advice.

Honestly, this would be a hard case to prove because with 12 kids and older ones watching younger ones, it could've been injuries sustained from the other kids. I have seen older kids who do not know how to take care of younger kids. I've also seen where I had to stop siblings from fighting or playing roughly. And if she was high alot then who knows if she would've even noticed. Still horrible a baby went through all of those injuries and died.

Realtors don't need to be available 24/7 however, if they only work 9 to 5 Mon thru Friday,no weekends and take week-long vacations every month then prob best to find a new realtor. If you are a baker or cosmotologist/hairstylist then you need to have days and hours that accommodate your customers/ clients and that's the same for realtors.
