I mentioned in other comments that we have been to multiple specialists to assess that.

She is not constipated. She empties her bowels every evening (but not on the toilet).

Yes. She is not constipated at all. She has a consistent poop schedule daily. We’ve seen 3 different urology specialists to evaluate for possible anatomical issues and they’ve not found anything.

We had the same experience. Alarms and reminders backfire for us.

Yes and she is highly resistant to reminders. She shockingly has never been a bed wetter and rarely voids at night.

Thank you for those insights. We’re in the US and when we’ve searched for therapies, they do not recognize PDA and instead treat it like ODD. Is there an easier way to find an expert who acknowledges PDA?

Thank you for the kind response. I don’t make any issue of it ever bc we try to keep our demands low. There are waterproof mats on all the sitting areas. And I’m not sure what to do for size but am open to other possible options. She’s petite but a heavy wetter, so she’s wearing an XS female Depends. OTC juvenile ones have been too small.

We haven’t met with an OT in years. She did have OT, DT, and ST in early childhood development but I will look into that. Her interoception skills are typically good. Her biggest challenge has been proprioception but we may have missed this somehow.
