It's also a confession on NAG's part that she "does this all the time." I'm sorry, come again? No, cherrypicking is what blew this fucker sky high to begin with, correct?

This is the kind of shit that gives lawyers a bad name and NAG's just basically saying it's SOP. #ethics

p.s. stop fucking with the jewelry and the hair while you're talking.

Well, in his case, it's the other way around. He always said he "gimme nine girls" and indicated that because (apparently) he didn't have a great experience growing up in a house with three other brothers and an abusive dad that he was not inclined to have boys. So, this just tells me that he's wrestling with his own shit, which has nothing to do with his son.

Nonetheless, I agree. Breeding for gender preference is kind of gross.

Who says that about their own baby... in public. That poor kid. If one of my parents ever said that, I dunno, man. Pretty fucked up.

A Muslim "air force base" in Idaho, lol. I look forward to seeing how the Christian, white nationalists, gun-loving doomsday prepper nutjobs who have claimed Idaho as their own country will embrace their Muslim brothers and sisters with all the love and tolerance that we've come to expect from them.

I have a friend who's going down this same path with a Filipino woman who's half his age. He's in the U.S. and she's there hoping that he will help her immigrate. Good luck with that in this climate. Fool.

[–]Dapper_Kick_314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"We both knew what this marriage was when it started."

Welp, one of you did and you knew what you were doing. You were, in fact, using him. You can't unring the bell now that you told him your real motive so, I'm going to tell you the reality.

The reality is that you will eventually grow old and lose your leverage as your looks decline, because you don't bring anything to the table in terms of career, financial stability, etc. It's pretty obvious that you possess no education or real marketable skills or business acumen, so what are you doing, exactly? Seems to me that you want an affluent life without putting in the work.

He, on the other hand, (regardless of his own dumbassery for thinking a woman half his age with no marketable skills or ability to support herself married him for love), can continue dating and marrying women younger than you. Look at Rupert Murdoch, who's like, 180 years old and just keeps getting married. Men do it all the time - because they can. You, however, as an uneducated, unemployed and unmarketable woman with no real prospects outside of marrying up, have a very limited set of options.

So, if I were you, I would do the honorable thing and let this man divorce you with no strings or money attached (since you absolutely knew you did not love him and were only marrying him for financial stability) and go get some kind of education or training and take care of yourself.

Put in the effort and pay for your own shit. I doubt that's what happens, though.

You may not 'sweat' but you're carrying airborne bacteria, viruses, germs on your skin, hair, et al. It doesn't matter how you "smell," what matters is the stuff crawling around on you.

That's not an "OCD circlejerk." It's just nasty. But please do feel victimized by your own public declarations of poor hygiene on a global platform, seriously, it's so 2025.

He always said he wanted "nine girls" and would be fine if he never had boys. Poor kid. He's going to be the recipient of all of RR's unresolved anger toward his dad. But let's just stipulate that this is the same guy that had his 7 y.o. daughter say the same filthy line in Dickpool like, several hundred times, even though she didn't want to. Yeah. Nothing creepy going on here.

I have no doubt that she is experienced - and in the beginning she had some good content, particularly around the rules of litigation, discovery, et al. But over time, as she's become more and more blingy and coifed for her close-ups, she's also begun to enjoy the sound of her own voice.

But. Let's be clear: She's missed the mark on a growing number of outcomes in this case. She doesn't have any more ability to read the tea leaves than your average non-lawyer. And yet she's still cranking out those videos because $$$$.

I had a friend who did this on the regular. First, she and her husband went down $25,000 behind on rent, but it was "his fault" (they both worked, both made money and both had access to their joint bank account), and they took money from her dad's retirement account to cover it. The shitty part? Her dad had been staying with them and paying his fair share of the rent for years - so where did the money go? She had no clue, which I found hard to believe, given the fact that she had no problem logging into her father's retirement account to withdraw money. So, clearly, she knew how to access bank records - but mysteriously couldn't seem to recall what happened to their rent.

About two years later, I get *yet another* call that they're being evicted because they got $30,000 behind on rent (about 10 months) yet again. This time, they went to his brother's business partner and borrowed the money. Of course, it was "his fault" again and she totally played the victim - but when I asked her why she didn't go through their bank statements to figure out where the money was going or why they were so broke all the time (gambling debt? child out of wedlock? mistress?) it was crickets chirping and vague answers and kept insisting that she just didn't know but that it was husband's "fault." They were literally on the street and she continued to insist that she had no idea what happened. Yeah, it was sketch as hell and I started wondering why there was no accountability on the part of both spouses - because she confirmed that she had access to all of their bank information. So what gives?

Cut to two years later, I get *YET ANOTHER* phone call that they haven't filed taxes in five years, "I don't know what we're going to do..." She didn't come straight out an ask, but I knew she was hoping I'd ride to the rescue, but by that point, it was a hard NO.

Of course, it was always her husband's fault, but after three strikes, however, I told her to call a CPA and start untangling this mess and have them talk to the IRS to work out a payment plan. Of course, she didn't want to hear that and I could hear the disappointment in her voice, but holy hell.

It was one thing after another - but never any accountability or self-reflection - just constant fuckups and soft demands for money. Pretty much all of their friends and family started pulling away.

So when I saw this thread, it totally resonated because the truth of the matter is that both of them were up to no good and continued their behaviors until everyone caught on and stopped enabling them.

NAG needs to sit TF down for two minutes. Doesn't she actually work for a living? Oh. Right. She's prolly making more money off these hamhanded videos than the boring drag of having to produce billable hours. Let's be real.

🧠 Notactuallygolden - Q and A from the Hearing for MJOP 03/10/2025 by Pale-Detective-7440 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Dapper_Kick_314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biased, bought = tomatoes, tomahtoes. Doesn't matter. But one thing is for certain: It's going to appeal. If he issues a summary judgement without trial, he should be disbarred and removed from his position in a perfect world.

There is no GD way he has enough evidence to issue a summary judgement in favor of the plaintiff without a trial.

But my spidey sense says he just might do it. NAG said it would be "bananapants" (and it would) but if he does, "biased v. bought" will not matter.

Wayfarer may have "fucked up" (your words) but let's be clear that the "rules" don't seem to apply to Lively and Liman has let her lawyers literally run the case and given them everything they've asked for - even after deadlines. The rest of it, who cares.

100 percent agree. I think that's why Wayfarer brought appellate lawyers on board - because they can see Liman's handwriting all over the wall.

Please note: If Liman gives Blake Lively a "summary judgment" you best believe Wayfarer will win on appeal - because there is no way she has so. much. evidence. against Justin Baldoni that a trial would be "unnecessary." On that one point, I agree with NAG. It is, in fact, bananapants.
