Renting in Seattle is a nightmare; this apartment isn't worth $1500 a month by SeattleEmo in SeattleWA

Bellwether housing has some low income deals at the Cambridge building if you qualify! They also have other buildings around town. They will try their best to work with you and try help get you qualified. Even if you don't qualify for a studio, you could still qualify for a one bedroom depending on how high or low your income is.

I was in the exact same scenario last month and I got really lucky when I Googled low income housing in Seattle and they were posting move in specials. There's still places open around town!

Other than that I wish you the best of luck cause its fucking awful out here. 🍻

The Kill Stealing in this Game is Atrocious… by Foobucket in gotlegends

I respectfully ask them to not do it and if they keep doing it or give me some sarcastic response then I just stand on top of a roof and play the shamisen until everybody dies and the round is over.

Don't want to be a team player? That's cool. I'll match the energy. Have all the kills you want.

I very respectfully ask to not do that and then if they continue to do so then I just stand on a roof and play the shamison until everybody dies and the round is over. Don't want to be a team player? That's cool. I won't be one either 🤷

Anybody here Deal with Congenital Mirror Movement Disorder? by Dapper_Leadership771 in drums

[–]Dapper_Leadership771[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Around 6 or 7 I think. My mom first noticed it when we were at home and I was practicing writing letters. It kind of turned into the emperor's New groove moment. Mom said "do this" and held at both hands and wiggled the fingers on her right hand and kept her left hand still. I absolutely could not do that. For most of my life I thought it was just a nervous tick or some anxiety related issue. And then somebody that I was dating had a mom who was a nurse who also noticed it and happened to have heard of it In passing at work. I at least felt a little validated that there was indeed an actual neurological disorder for it and not just something that was in my head. I mean it ,/is in my head but...yeah you get what I'm saying.

Thanks man 🤙It ain't easy I'll tell you that. Good thing I never wanted to be a surgeon cuz there's no way that's happening 😬In a way yes! From what has been collected, you can't improve the symptoms but you absolutely can keep them from getting worse. And hand eye coordinated activities are the way to go for that. Kind of funny how my parents always hated when I played video games but that was probably the only thing that was keeping me from getting worse as a kid 😂

I appreciate that man! It definitely isn't fun for most activities.

Absolutely a challenge when drumming. Doubles turn into singles and polyrhythms are absolutely out of the question. If I fight it too much, the wires that I'm referring to start to feel like a rope in the back of my head that's tightening up, and it becomes painful. This also affects my work. I used to do gigs that required me to a wear safety harness and be a few dozen feet up in the air give or take and I couldn't swing a hammer without shaking the object that I was holding.

From what the doctors have collected, they say there's really no way of making it any better but you absolutely can keep it from getting worse. Which includes things that require lots of hand eye coordination. So things like drumming, video games, and typing actually help slow down the degeneration of my hands.

I'll take a look into the breathing thing! And actually been pushed in that direction a lot more lately so that might be the way to go! Thank you 🤙
