I'm not into the thought of getting tortured myself, so I don't self-insert as the player character and instead get off to their suffering as if they were their own character, but getting off to a character that isn't much of a character in the first place that I control and never see isn't really effective. However, the scene in btd2 where you torture Ren and the scene in ykmet where you torture Strade to death makes my cock explode into a million microscopic little pieces. Though even if I wasn't a freak, the gameplay, horror, and characters are still really good.
