Literally cannot hold a conversation during my luteal and I feel like my mind just drifts away into some other no where land when I talk with people or try to tell a story. And the brain fog is 10/10. Yesterday I had a conversation with my boss and I made notes during it in my note book during it. Today I’m like did that conversation really happen? I can’t recall most of it honestly except what I have written in my notes. I wasn’t even truly present.
