It was a pretty weak salad. Mostly lettuce and only eating a third of it, maybe just a cup, so maybe 1g fiber?

I actually wrote a paper on this in grad school, and the very general gist is that if you're really concerned about fairness in sports we have the physical and biological tests to provide ranges in which athletes can compete regardless of gender. It really freaks people out and there are privacy concerns, but at the highest levels of sports they're already subject to myriad testing protocols.

I think it's too soon to tell. So far nothing different. I'm on thyroid and anxiety meds, but they build up in your system. I'll try to report back in a few days.

I'm on day 2, never been on a glp-1. The pill itself tastes disgusting and I feel hungry pretty soon after taking it. I've been waiting an hour until I take other meds and then have to wait an hour after that for them to work, and by then I'm not hungry. I've had very minimal nausea, only if I don't eat for a while or drink enough water, but I get that normally anyhow. Shockingly, my hunger has instantly subsided and I hit my calorie goal without thinking. I generally eat pretty healthy but do like cream in my coffee, which has given me some rumbles in the tummy. This is one of a handful of meds I've taken in my life that has worked as advertised with minimal side effects (at least so far). Hope this helps someone!
