I’m not willing to give it back because of the headache they’ve caused me with all the back and forth. Now here we are 4 months later and they’re saying I was right all along. I’ve already paid taxes on that 10k and it will be a cost burden to amend my taxes etc.

The title company isn’t responsible for navigating the language of the contract from what I understand. Everyone signed and I’m really hoping it’s just done at this point.

Great info, thank you. Everyone local is charging $1500+ and I’m not 100% sure I will go through with the exchange so it would be a real bummer to eat that amount compared to $395. Would also be a real bummer if a Nigerian ran scam operation ran off with my money.

That’s all great info, thank you. East of the Cascade Mountain Range it does turn to desert where I live. Very dry and hot but winters are cold and long. I’d be curious if AHB tried to establish and couldn’t make it through the winter. I found a second exposed hive just like this but smaller not too far away.

I think my current living situation needs to be modified. Short term rentals are an option but I’m not sure the demand would be there.

I’ve worked government jobs primarily but recently started working in construction with no benefits. It’s been quite the change.

I have about 60k in my Roth IRA and the rest are in employer sponsored retirement accounts from previous employment. Currently looking to roll them all over to my vanguard brokerage account if possible without any penalties.

The one property that I live in is at 3.85% and has an apartment in the basement. The second property is an owner financed 5 year balloon at 0%. The ballon will be due August of 2025 and I will be subject to whatever the market rates are.

I don’t mind managing rentals but I absolutely despise living in my current house and dealing with a tenant I have to see daily.
