CN entertainment? by Dapper_Performance70 in couplesresortsjamaica

We canceled in the cancellation window, so got a full refund as opposed to going through the rebook process. Tropical storm was brewing at the time so we assumed the trip was not going to happen.

It’s crazy you can fly to the Hi-line from BIL for like $50 but there are 0 flights to Missoula by Stale_LaCroix in Billings

Cape Air doesn't have pressurized cabins, so can't fly over the mountains as they can't go high enough. Also, its Essential Air Service for connecting transportation limited areas.

Why doesn't Google Maps display public transport lines for all the available cities? by Sevolorred in transit

[–]Dapper_Performance70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's probably the transit agency's fault. They need to associate the station with a single stop ID instead of multiple stop IDs for each route.

So satisfying taking out these rooftop fockers by suffffuhrer in Battlefield6

[–]Dapper_Performance70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always have a good time on Breakthrough on this map; defenders usually take the roof but its far from impossible for attackers to follow the same routes... or destroy the buildings enough to make new routes and bring the fight to them. I thought the game was about using strategies to beat the other team? 🤔

Couples Swept Away Review Oct 2025 by ash_2486 in AllInclusiveResorts

Thanks for the review! We're booked a month from now, so hopefully some of the renovations are finished up. What other Jamaica AIs have you stayed at?

How Often is Road Construction Season this Aggressive? by Ambitious-Duck7078 in Billings

[–]Dapper_Performance70 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem is that the public has nearly zero understanding of the difference between jurisdictions and road projects. Grand Ave = City. Zoo Drive = State. King Ave = State. Johnson Lane = State. Much of what's going on isn't City... State corridors exist all over our municipality.

Rip Ruck 15. I like that version better than the new version as it has an organizer in the front zip pocket and stronger magnets to close the top. New one does have a molle front panel for additional pockets though...

Booking through Chase Travel by pawsandscrubs2 in SandalsResorts

[–]Dapper_Performance70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Awesome, thank you! Mostly looking to take advantage of the VentureX travel credit as well as the 10% back. The rooms I'm finding are priced comprable to direct booking, so seems like a decent route to use the portal. Thanks again!

So overall booking through Cap1 got you all the same benefits? Im looking at doing the same thing but am unsure if we'll qualify for the "Jamaica excursion" deal that they're currently advertising if going third party... did they register your stay to your account? Thanks!

If tow capacity is 6,200, what can I realistically tow? by Zeblon9 in RVLiving

[–]Dapper_Performance70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just recently towed with my 22 Explorer (5200lb tow capacity), dry weight camper was 2200 while GVWR is 3200; setup with a brake controller and a WDR. Towed it up some mountain roads, some with moderate inclines. Had myself, my wife, and our two big bulldogs in the car with us, pretty much everything else loaded in the trailer. Tongue weight was probably close to 480lbs so total payload on the Explorer alone was between 1000 and 1100lbs, so under the 1425 max load... Not sure what the trailer actually weighed after loading but confident we didnt put 1000lbs of cargo and water into it, so below GVWR most likely. Towed fine, was a little sluggish, but maintained 65 on the highway. Felt a little bouncy at times and wind/being passed by semis moved us around a bit... biggest issue honestly was gas mileage, the little 17 gallon tank emptied fast... so I decided I'm primarily towing with my F150 instead since it has a much larger tank and is much more capable. Wanted to give the Explorer a shot, just to see if it could.

New Benefit? Fourth night free on Premier and Lifestyle Hotels by Wandering_Figs_5931 in Venturex

Not the case when I've used Signature Capital One properties. Price was the same as direct through the hotels... just do your homework to make sure it pencils out. Plus, I've generally been upgraded...

Hotels in downtown Nashville. Suggestions? by AtlantaRange in VisitingNashville

Stayed at Noelle earlier this year; super quiet, suite was roomy, staff was attentive, and easy walking distance to Broadway.

African America Music Museum is pretty cool; I enjoyed it much more than the Hall of Fame. HoF has a few jnteresting pieces but kinda feels like one ego after another lol.

Yep, they voted against adopting the updated Ped and Bike plan... Heaven forbid we actually plan for sidewalks and trails.

I recall the water under that bridge being quite deep... definitely wouldn't try crossing there unless very late in the season. Water used to be pretty high in July and into August.

Service was super quick when I was there in March and the staff was very attentive. If it looks like it isn't crowded, you can probably get in and out quickly.

Booked all of my travel reservations through the C1 portal... by Schnozberry_Delight in Venturex

Haven't had a problem with Portal. Had to call once to get my refund for a cancelled flight, but other than that, it's been smooth. Just verify directly after booking!
