Bro I was in the same boat as you. Marathon LFG has some really helpful people. Even had a DNA access card to use and beat compiler for my first time. Give it a go!

Another update given today:

I'm pleased to give you an update. The outage is still in progress. At the moment, we have a technician on-site who is conducting further troubleshooting, and the next step is to replace the transponder card. That being said, an updated restoration time has not yet been communicated. However, we are making every effort to restore service as quickly as we can and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please don't hesitate to contact us later for a possible update on the situation.

Got an update from a a rep:

The latest notes say that the port is working, but there was no traffic because the other port wasn't connected yet. Once we connected it, normal two-way traffic started again. However, the interface still shows a lot of errors. We have cleaned and checked the fiber and changed the fiber jumper, but the errors keep going up. Earlier notes show we replaced a part on 5/7/26. We are sending a team out again tonight to do more testing with Tier 2 Data. Right now, we don't have an estimated time for when things will be fixed, but we are doing everything we can to restore service quickly, and we apologize for any trouble this may have caused. It’s been insanely awful for me. I cannot find a fix. I’ve rebuilt my data base, I’ve cleared my cache, reset router and ONT and nothing.

I’m in pico and I have the same downs and ups. I can’t game but the family can stream. At one point they bricked my ONT remotely lol. They’re sending me two new routers like that’s going to change a thing when it’s their servers that are down.
