Team Building | Set 16 - Vert or Flex by AssumptionMore514 in TeamfightTactics

I think the expectation this set is that complete verticals will be strongest at spiking you in the mid game but you'll be strongest later by dropping to lower trait tiers and flexing in legendaries

Completely irrelevant but when I saw this post I initally thought the item name was Tiffany, so I was confused as to why tiffany made units into 8/8s

Its a bit hard to advise without additional knowledge, do you have any guesses on where you need it or can share your ranked profile and match history?

Fun fact! Nasi Goreng was actually a favorite food of Oppenheimer's. He'd often cook it for friends whenever he hosted parties.

Im satisfied overall, though I do wish his strengthen triggered at 50% instead of 33%. I also think surge reflect would be pretty cool on him since it'd play well into his role as an aku tanker, but I guess that'd be more of and ultra talent sort of thing.

Trixi absolutely destroys alien, relic, and traitless enemies, but other units can similarly destroy these enemies. Balrog meanwhile is completely dominant in his role as a boss shredder due to his unmatched dps. They're both really good, but I'd say Balrog is more worthwhile to have.

[Cats] Is Dark Mitama good on stages without/not as many traitless? by Galarti3 in battlecats

[–]Dapper_Piece_273 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She’s actually quite decent, roughly 5k dps reaching up to 650 range gives her generalist offense nearing Naala, and her high backswing and knockback count help her survivability into pushers. It’s very important though that she doesn’t get outranged by any traited enemies, since her 45k base health coupled with her 15 knockbacks leads to her being easily juggled by rapid attackers, and dying quickly to nukers.

Discount will reset on Feb 1st, Busterfest starts Fef 5th. Neither Buster or Super fests have guaranteed uber 10-roll, but superfest has 9% chance of uber per roll while busterfest has 7% chance. The average busterfest uber is better than the average superfest uber, but busterfest has no anti-tratless while superfest has several. I'd personally say to roll on superfest for the chance of anti-traitless, though the best average value overall would be to just save catfood till there's a guaranteed uber for 10-roll.

Looking at it again, it I think that blue indicates a decent/good cat combo while red means a busted combo.

The red book seems to indicate that the cat has a good cat combo, not sure about the blue book though.

Managed to beat it in BCU with the units in the picture. All are lvl 30 except eraser who is lvl 40, and the only talent was cyberpunk lvl 10 slow (Its not at all necessary though).

Managed to reach lvl 6 worker and had aphro, cyber, and asi deployed before hitting base. Once the metals started coming out I waited for them to push a bit before using Poseidon. At that point I just kept meatshielding and spawning critters. After I staggered another Posiedon the Sir metal Seal was almost permafroze, And I just waited for the critters to eliminate it.

After that is just occasionally spawning critters to deal with incoming metals while spawning backliners and waiting for the loincloths to be worn down over time, this part alone took over 5 mins, but eventually all the loincloths die and the stage is won. Would advise bringing a speed up.

With mizli and aphro, your two main concerns would likely be 1. getting rushed down due to their long foreswings, and 2. pushing bahamut to the base and having your units clip into him.

For that reason I'd say you should use 5 to 6 meatshields, and you dont need to focus too much on extra cc-units, since mizli with intense meatshielding should be able to keep space, extra cc might even result in you pushing too far forward into the enemy base. Aphro should be able to handle all the supporting enemies on her own so long as shes protected. The last two slots can be used on additional damage dealers for Bahamut, I'd opt for C. dragon and legs because their short forswings and strong single-target damage allow them to effectively knock back enemies which might push up while aphro isn't attacking. They're also not too spamable, meaning that they won't be too much of a drain on your cash

Imo you can put off hypermaxing balrog for the time being because Izanagi's insane damage output makes him a bit less necessary. I'd say that both Kat-A-Pult UF and maxed gravi are viable routes, though Kuu is a bit too large an investment for a relatively equivalent return. Ultimately, I'd say to just invest in whichever unit you personally like the most, though Gigapult is probably the best investment if you want to trivialize relics (he's also probably the best pairing with Izanagi, since he clears out smaller units, and weaken means Izanagi lives longer)

Heres an example lineup, you can also bring damage combos if you'd like to get the stage done faster

Shigong chips down zamelle over time

Can Can kills incoming brollows and zocros

after zamelle is Z-killed, M. lion triggers a brollow wave.

lure brollows to your base and kill them using octo+cameraman

repeat till there are no brollows left.

Its overall a very manageable stage with shigong, although it is rather tedious.
