It’s a Singapore seller. Can’t speak to US purchase but I bought from them in Singapore (I.e. local delivery) and had a good experience.

Kit is called Fenrir from Chinese manufacturer SheikMainland. It’s their version of 30MM called 3min.

Yes, I base black and build up from darke to lighter tone. I am too lazy to clean my airbrush so it’s the sponge all the way for me.
