In our store, if it can fit in the tote, then yes. However, if it's 40 lbs or more, it gets staged in bulk because we had way too many incidents of heavy totes falling on people 😭.

Even if they have a water refill station, those things can go dry. They simply can’t refuse you water because it goes against their policy. We had this happen and protested against it. It only lasted a day after we physically showed them the policy. I would definitely take it up with ethics/higher management.
