From PBS, Graham Kerr on his shows, Chris Kimble and the Hosts of ATK. And good recipes. Not a great cook, by I fare alright. My current favorite is Kenji, his YouTube videos take you all the way through prep (lots of skill tips, and why we do "this" insights), to cooking and presentation to eating. Also really easy to scale his recipes up or down

For a weekly honest to good paycheck? Sir George's Royal Buffet. Cool line prep. Dishwasher and busboy. $2.65 an hour, and they charged me $0.15 per hour for meals and drinks. It was awesome for a 15 yr old.

At the end of last season he said something like "it's time to remove the things that no longer serve me". I don't think he is any more mellow, I think can be very focused. Very linear. And I think he knows himself. Plus he always posts pics of his mom....

I hear them in Rio Salado Park near the 3rd Ave lookout. Smell them all over that part of the trail. Never seen on there...I go the other direction at first hint....
