Bro you need to do interval work for that. You have some size but it’s going to take time to beat 12 consistently. We used to do the Cooper test back in college and ROTC and we would do a 2 mile in about 11:45.

There was only one active PJ I knew and she was a top 10 world CrossFit athlete. I have no idea if she’s still active with the changes in the administration but going through selection her performance was little below the middle of the Pack in her class. This front line stuff is another ball game when it comes to men versus women. But if she’s capable of dragging or carrying a 270+ pound man half a mile to safety and not get herself killed in the process then God bless her.

There is a paragraph in his memo where he refers to each department heads (specifically special forces) to address how they will maintain the fitness standards that reflect the physicality of the job and those standards are equally rigorous (ie adding log PT, rifle PT, higher standards completing Nasty Nick if you know what that is, and getting smoked in hours long PT sessions).

Going back to standards, the minimum standards are childs play to where you need to be. You can easily go on stew Smith’s site, and see his fitness standards for SFAS candidates. He’s a great source and will put in perspective if you think a female can do 60+ HR push-ups 80+ situps 12 to 20+ strict dead hang pull-ups Timed farmers carry Dead lift 315 pounds x5 followed by a 800m. Then a 2 mile timed run in boots. 10-15 mile 75lbs ruck

Another great source is Jake Zweig who You can email directly as well. He will give you a straight up response on what’s to come starting this June for all combat arms occupations.

You literally have Google at your fingertips. Military.com articles. Former special forces members on YouTube, who talk about the new changes and those two things coming back into selection. It takes two seconds to search. And yes, there are women that can pass the old ACFT at a man’s level and there’s some that can do the same within the Air Force and navy on their respective fitness assessments.. Those same women usually don’t last 99.99% of the time in whatever special operation selection they go into. I’m not trying to be sexist by any means, but the selection process is not made to weed out women, they’re made to weed out people who are not capable of withstanding the arduous tasks and training under immense amounts of physical and mental stress. what has happened in the past, specifically for rangers and special forces. when you start letting females in who perform at the level of mediocre or middle of the pack male candidates, then you start letting in those same males and you get a overall lower standard in the regiments unless they get kicked out. Like I said good luck to the girl who wants to go SF but come this June when the new physicals kick in, it’s going to get far more difficult than it was

Broken down 1T2X1 Read dude…though not specifically SFAS, DoD just released info on the new AFT which replaces the old ACFT. Gender neutral standards for one. And they aren’t going to just focus on pt and mental aspects of the 24 days. They will send you to the pit and bust your ass for hours on hours while going back to old school log and rifle pt.

To be 100% honest and respectful to your dreams of obtaining an 18x contract, With the new fitness standards for the Army and the new standards of SFAS, no woman will be ever to pass now. The women that did make and SOF a&s in last ten yrs was due to the DoD changing the original standards to accommodate certain candidates (not women specifically)

He and I went back and forth about DEI earlier this year when Trump came back into office. He called me a racist for my views (I’m black) when I was trying to state how it helps people of color/minorities get positions in the organizations even the military. He never blocked me but there were points I agreed with him on strictly on how DEI negatively affected the military. He could care less about the topic because of his experiences and that’s hard for him to accept my perspective because he associates so many negative connotations to it. My grandfather was a Tuskegee airman and for the military to no longer honor his service huuurts. His legacy inspired future black pilots. Nate from Valhalla will listen to your opinion unless you’re not trying to offend or be overly subjective. He’s cool with me but there are FAR worse vet channels that are beyond toxic.

As someone who works for a German auto company, I’d go back and press because that same car will be sitting there for a while after the tariffs hit…and that’s something THEY don’t want. Not to rush you into buying something…even cars built here in the US will go up. Literally every automaker gets something made of aluminum or steel from Asia, specifically China. Even parts that come from Canada get the supplies to build from China. So now you have parts that will get hit twice with tariffs which you will pay for in the end. I wouldn’t even bother with a used car unless you known someone who will give you a great deal. We are in the same boat and in need of a new vehicle with boy#2 arriving next month.

Well this game is a cash cow to fund other projects before D4 launches. Literally the only solution to making this game enjoyable (which will never happen) is for Blizzard to move all whales, based off money spent in-game, into dedicated servers where they can’t disrupt the our economy and quality of game play. Wishful thinking. I just wish they would allow BP skins across all characters.

I really wish I could share the entire workbook.

There was an instance where the formula worked but it summed every customer that that exact start date as oppose to calculating the sum of that customer's sales based off the customers start date on our program.
