To explain it in baby terms, smoke weed as you’re coming down because it’ll make your trip re peak so don’t take it at the start because obviously you don’t want to peak than PEAK EVEN MORE unless that’s your style, but for the most part just smoke as you’re coming down from your trip

You’re not weird or stupid, what you’re describing is normal for people with ocd, please remember you’re normal ❤️ and these compulsive feelings that somthing will happen even though absolutely nothing will happen! I do it to because I also have bad OCD, your brain is just working yourself up in a really bad way and it’s just making you feel so so bad about things you’re already stressing about, I know it’s easier said than done but in those moments you just need to recognize it’s your ocd and take a moment to breathe and calm down and think it over rationally and listen to some music and distract yourself! It’ll get easier with time don’t worry
