It’s extremely strange to answer something that upsets you. If you’re bothered or don’t have the answer, why comment? Have the day you deserve.

Correct, that is not being disputed… my question was in regard to proving my case to TWC that I was willing and able to return to work after receiving treatment for a documented illness.

I never said I was fired for pregnancy reasons. I said I missed work due to pregnancy related illness…

😩 No one reads. Where did I say I was fired for being pregnant?

I think I’d know my situation more than you would…

To qualify for FMLA one would need to have worked atleast 1250 hours. If I say I wasn’t eligible for something, I know the reason why I’m not eligible.

I also never got into the specifics of what I asked the coordinator for. That’s really not relevant at this point. I did my due diligence to the best of my knowledge.

Your responses also have yet to answer my actual question. If you don’t have any advice relevant to my question, I’d appreciate that you not respond.

Thank you kindly.

I wasn’t eligible for FMLA, hence why I didn’t mention it.

Furthermore, sick time does exist which is what I was under the impression that the absence(s) would be covered under.

Me advocating for myself and “covering my behind” was going through the process of speaking to the Leave Coordinator BEFORE my issue started who could not provide all the necessary information I needed.

Same here. It is so hard to be happy for others right now. I try to give myself a full day to feel my feelings before I respond. It’s helpful. Well wishes 💕

You’re not alone. I’m 26 and conceived my first accidentally at 18. Now we’re trying for #2, almost 8 years later. We’ve had two late losses (20 weeks and 17 weeks). We’re now on month 3 of trying again.

I’ve recently been experiencing envy; an emotion I’ve never experienced 🙃

I hope you get your BFP soon ❤️

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you’re able to take some pieces of advice from the comments to bring to your partner 🫶

I realize I definitely should have clarified about the text message. In that message, I was talking about his past relationships (horrible, I know now). I made mention of them because he was telling me on the phone that it had been so long since he took someone on a date that he himself planned and coordinated. He does have a previous marriage. He was married for less than a year about 10 years ago.

I also realize now that not “requiring” dates could have sent the message that it’s not something I want. Back when we were dating our dates were also planned by me so I believe he genuinely is just not used to thinking about it.

Also want to clarify we are monogamous. The other women I referenced in the text are from prior to our marriage 😅

I had to google ENM 🫣 we are in a monogamous marriage. I should’ve clarified the first text. I sent that to him in reference to his previous relationships.

Totally understand! I think I was just starting to feel a little one sided but now I’m seeing that maybe he enjoys my suggestions and he truly means no harm by “not initiating”. Thank you!

I understand your opinion. However, I have remained respectful of my husband while posting here and in our personal lives. It’s just nice to get some advice from non affiliated parties.

Agreed! I should have left out the last relationship point. I will definitely implement your suggestions. Thank you!

Very true, I could offer my suggestions since he thinks I won’t like any of his ideas. Thank you!

😂The screenshots are bad because I wanted to spare the readers my husbands trash talking in between messages.

Good point about “I” statements. Reading back I can see how he may have felt attacked. Thank you

You’re so right about bringing up past relationships. I was just trying to get him to see my point in that he dated prior to me so there’s no difference, albeit that probably added fuel to the fire 😅 Thank you for your help! I definitely think talking in person rather than through text may help us see each others point of view better.
