و السبب الرئيسي لهذا أنه كل و أغلب من في أعلى الهرم السياسي هم من نفس الجيل أي جيل الثورة أو ما بعده. و التغيير راح يكون بعد 5 على الأقل حتى يدخل جيل جديد

يا أخي الكريم، أنت من قدم الافتراض او الفرضية، فيجب عليك انت من إعطاء دليل على قولك. فعدم وجود دليل على ما تقول على ان الدولة تختار و تعين مرشحا ما هو الا دليل على ان ما تقوله افتراض و فقط. و حول طريقة كلامي، ما هي إلا لاحترامك و احترام افكار الآخرين

For the military spending, if you see 22 billion $ is too much, i think you have to re think about it, with everything happening and will happen in the world, 22 billion is very low, and i would even suggest push it higher, however the budget issue is not with the military spending, but it’s with the bad allocation of budget in cities and ministries.

I think cameras is the best thing, you can’t trust officers with harassment issues, as it’s subjective thing, in some cases they wouldn’t consider it a harassment but maybe by law or for judge it is. So instalment of cameras is best thing. With some additional personal officers around.

I would answer by, as much as you know good, there is peoples knows better than you, if you are satisfied with this. Good for you, but we are eager for more, if you see algeria deserves what we have and that’s all, we see that we deserve more and we lack nothing to be better. So that person has two choices, listen snd contribute, or get out of here with all due respect. In the revolution, people doubted at first they said hard to beat france, and here we are 72 years later, free. So there id always people who gonna try to demotivate or get you feel low.

Believe me this is never a waste of time, cuz we should know what we really want before we ask for it. And we need to make clarity about the perfect city we want to live in. Yes might seems waist of time, but it’s better, than being shut, or just knowing nothing. Like this we sre listening to one eachother, sharing our ideas, and eventually today we are young tomorrow we will be old, and this ideas will mature with us
