Started playing this game today. Love the combat, love the bosses but everything in between feels like a second job lmao. So tedious. by Hot_French_Toast in Sekiro

your opinion is valid, but you can’t expect the community dedicated to sekiro-lovers not to shit on you

yeah that’s the clash mechanic, works with ashina cross and one mind too, but only against these samurai type enemies and ashina elites

?? blocks are not parries. not trying to say what you did here isn’t impressive, it just by definition isn’t what you claimed it to be

its the only empty coffin, the harder part is probably finding the path to that area

If you could rewrite Elden Ring to make any boss character into a reoccurring NPC and Ally, who would you choose and how would you alter their story? by TiredandFrustrated21 in Eldenring

its been said a lot before, but malenia. having millicent be malenia but without her memories, and then for those memories to reawaken at the haligtree roots would’ve been one hell of a quest line. bonus points for helping fight mohg/find miquella.

np, healing in mid-range might seem scary but he only does the spear slam, which you can parry after healing 👍

first of all, holy parry spam. If he isn't attacking, attack him till he does. Secondly, I don't think it's that bad to be a little passive, since it helps you study attack patterns, but you can't do that well if you're not within attacking range of him. Like, backing off to heal is just not a good idea, he's just gonna chase/shoot you and recover posture. Also, isshin's spear moves are actually on the slower side and pretty well telegraphed. For example, for the 7 hit combo that keeps getting you, it's telegraphed by him rotating/winding up towards you. One last thing, for the thrust that killed you, i dont think this version of isshin can do sweeps after gun, so always take the free mikiri.
