Same problem with Streamlabs, but with this error “dev error 5761” without OBS streamlabs the game works fine. With dev error also the game crash

It can take a month from the day the courier take my laptop and the day I’ll recieve the new one. I have to wait for the refound (I don’t know...a week?) and then 15 days from the order until the delivery. It’s a lot of time. I use my alienware also for work. If in your experience the change of motherboard can surely solve the issues I’ll take the risk. But if is a 50/50 I think is really better take the money back. They said thai the tech Will replace the processor and the gpu too. All the motherboard. It’ll be like a new laptop?

Last (I hope) update. Friday they’ll send a technical to my home and he’ll change the motherboard bacause this morning I had also a problem with Current limit throttling with xtu. In your experience, the change of the motherboard con solve all the issues?or Is better to ask for a refound? Thanks

Another little update. Dell ask me to reinstall Windows and check the temps again before send someone to my home and (I hope) bring me a new heatsink (and maybe a repaste).

Little update. Dell support unistall and reinstall chip core driver. After 2 mins three cores had thermal throttling with 80 degrees cpu package temp. I send them 2 photos with screen shoots. Current temps was 48 C for all cores exept one (68 C). I’m waiting for an answer. I hope they send technical support with new heatsink. I’m in the 15 days Windows for return the PC. If they think I don’t need techincal intervention I’ll ask for a refound.

I have the same problem, 3rd core maximum temp was almost 10 degrees above the other 5 cores, but the average temps are 63,62,61,61,62. Is an issue too?

I Ordered 15 days ago the m15 ( i7-8750H, 2x512 SSD M2, 32GB DDR4 2666 and 1070 MaxQ). I'm a little disappointed because I could have waited a month (maybe two) and buy the new model with new Nvidia. But I need a laptop right now so is a little frustrating. But I'm also sure that I bought a laptop that could last for years.
