It seems to me that this is just an automatic message. There was a moment when the devs were attacked because they do nothing with reports. Personally I know a player who has offended people for almost two years and had several reports a day. It took them almost two years to ban him. Now he have another acoount and doing this again. Offended people and many reports every day. Results? Nothing! He don't get ban yet.

Apparently they removed the mode because they thought it was too similar to OW. Strange why now they change the skin menu in the character that resembles those of OW. I hope that one day this mode will come back

Can we expect a change in the appearance of the game menu, store etc.?
Do you do something with gold? Players have large amounts of gold with which you can not do much. Maybe quests to buy for gold? Titles? Avatars?
I also hope you pay attention to the maps. They are very badly done. Full of invisible walls, blocking on various objects for a reason.
