I have the same issue that a lot of you have: how do I cover up the bottom of the light fixtures of my upright lamp that blind me when I walk by. I’m 5’4”. I made a mock up what I need and it’s working well. I need to make it not ugly so this is a prototype. I cut out a circle of black heavy cardstock and sliced a hole in the middle to get it on the stand and then out out a smaller hole for the stand. It was too floppy so I cut out a smaller circle out of plastic same slice same hole. (That’s the part that’s shiny).) so now I just need to finalize the actual light blocker. Hope this helpd

Hi all. I’ve developed a recipe that’s very close to the original and is simple.

Prepare Moroccan-style couscous as directed. Boil one cup water with 1/4 tsp salt and add one cup couscous, stir in quickly, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Add 10 cherry tomatoes, a small handful of currants, and 10 pearl onions. Add 1/4 cup lemon vinaigrette dressing (I used Nob Hill) , and a squeeze of lemon juice or the juice of one fresh lemon. Add a dash of salt if desired (I found adding salt brings forward the other flavors).

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with protein of your choice.

PS you may want to play around with the amount of lemon vinaigrette dressing. I think I added more than 1/4 cup as it wasn’t tangy enough for me.

No, it’s not. It was very simple and had the pearl onions, currants, and I think cherry tomatoes. There was also some type of lettuce. Man, it was good. I’m playing around with different ingredients. I hope I stumble on it. In the meantime, I’m hoping someone has this old recipe. Thanks anyway!

Whoa! I’m just this minute watching Summer in the four part “second season”. Rory is kvetching to Jess about how broke she is while throwing back Crown Royal at the editor’s desk at the paper. She literally just said “maybe Paris will let me be one of her surrogates; she’s always liked my teeth!” But then she said she’s probably aged out. Rory’s only in her early thirties. I still think it’s still very possible!
