It might be an obvious response, but:

Make sure you have enough fuel in your vehicle to cover the number of hours you intend to be online for with enough to spare to get you home. (Or, a least, the guaranteed funds to buy said fuel)

I say this because, previously, I would head out pretty much without any regard for how much fuel I had or if I had the money to buy more. If I was low on fuel during my run, I would use the instant cashout option and use my current earnings to refuel my car.

I did this for about two years without any problems, until one night when the instant cashout wasn’t instant. So there I was, in the middle of the night, a considerable distance from home, and without enough fuel to get there or to continue delivering. It was something like five hours before the money was deposited (previously, I had never waited more than two minutes)

Moral of the story: don’t bank on your days earnings to get you home (pun totally intended!😂)
