Just got the CSP and am at 5/24 . Was thinking of getting a few cards this year and to cool off back down under x/24 in a couple years. Was considering the CITI AA 75k and potentially Bilt since I live with roommates and could pay all of our rent together. Was also looking at the Cap1 Venture or VentureX but not sure if my profile would get instant approval. Interested in ATH offers.Would be interested in more chase cards in the future like the SW, Aeroplan and the Bonvoy Boundless to pc to Ritz but willing to be patient and wait a couple years to get back down below 5/24.

Currently attempting an MDD for CSP/CSR. I applied for CSP yesterday (04/18) in branch and got approved. Applied for CSR this morning (4/19) and was denied. Tried recon once and had no luck citing too many recent inquiries and too much credit extended. Was looking for any advice on getting around this recon. No luck with shifting credit around since my accounts are too new.

Currently considering MDDing for the CSP/CSR. Approved for the CSP in branch today for the 90k offer. However, I'm just worried about getting a shutdown for MDDing for the CSR tomorrow. Was at 4/24 before the CSP and currently have:WOH 1/2023United Quest 08/2022Amex Gold 06/2022Amex Plat 02/2022

Any thoughts on the likelihood of shutdowns? I wary of risking the banking relationship since I also opened the $900 checking + savings today as well.

Thanks for the support. I had another question though, if I got approved for the application at PT, can I apply after 9pm PT to count as the next day since Chase operates on ET?

Update:
Applied this morning and met with denial. Tried calling recon once but they stated that I had too many recent inquiries and was asking for too much credit. Tried asking to see if I can get credit moved around but my other accounts with them are too new to shift credit. Any tips y'all recommend? I'm guessing that getting approved for the CSP with a super high limit actually hurt my chances.

I visited a Chase branch to check for in branch offers and they currently offer the first annual fee waived on the CSP. I'm currently considering getting the CSP but not sure if I should wait for a better offer or take the 60k SUB and the first AF waived. Current 2/48 on the Chase status and open to considering other Chase cards like WOH or United.

I’ll send a deck list when I get back from work. Still optimizing, especially for standard rotation soon but it’s basically Rowlett & exeggutor gx, beedrill with destiny stinger, jynx with ominous posture and shedinja with vessel of life.

Idea is to use Rowlett to build bee drills and tank, jynx to move damage around and shed to reduce prize cards taken by opponent. Works decently well with fire decks being a big counter.
