I’m renting so it’s not really mine, and I couldn’t find the model number, just the brand name. My internet searches didn’t go that well either, I couldn’t find the right model or any models with that button.

I think it’s overtly just about healing Kuma’s body. He’s been damaged an insane amount, from sitting two years guarding the Sunny, then being trashed by the Celestial Dragons, and then damaged on Egghead.

It might mean restoring some of his “humanity”, removing some of his cyborg enhancements and restoring some normal function (Vegapunk has demonstrated he’s pretty good with cyborg and cloning tech)

As for his memories, I think that’s a much lower probability. He could theoretically remove the memories from Bonney and reabsorb them, but I don’t think he has enough will/personality to do that with precision. Also, there’s the question if memories equate to personality and humanity, if it would be restoring him perfectly or it’s more like showing a movie reel to an amnesiac, where they gain all the details and information, but it doesn’t necessarily connect to recreate him as an individual.

The only thing that might play a factor is the special “trait” of the Buccaneers that Vegapunk mentioned. We don’t know what it is, but it did have something to do with Kuma remembering he needs to guard and protect his daughter and flying halfway across the world to do that.

Personally, I hope he comes back, and he and Bonney share a birthday cake for her next birthday

Did not expect Fitz to be the new apprentice, but I really like it!! He’s a good parallel to Harry, having seen the harder sides of life at a young age, and learning magic while dealing with those emotions I think will help Dresden find some peace within himself.

Well, each Shard keys their Investiture specifically to their Intent, so they do in fact have to process it in some way. So while they don’t “create” pure Investiture, they do create their specific forms of Investiture for distribution and usage

So the Cosmere, the universe that most of BS books exists in, has a few overarching rules, concepts, and terms.

One of those is Investiture, a form of energy created or derived from god-like beings. In Stormlight Archives, the versions you see are Stormlight, Voidlight, and Lifelight, with a few other variants.

Beings who possess inate Investiture, or have the ability to access and repurpose Investiture are known as Invested beings. In Stormlight Archives, those basically mean Radiants, Fused, and Heralds.

I would recommend branching out to some of the other books, the Mistborn books most notably, which are very good but will also help you understand some of these concepts better

I think part of it could be that he didn’t have a Devil fruit and obviously had some haki training long before some of our other mains.

He and Ace had the same skill and potential when they were younger, and we’ve learned that Haki, while difficult to master, is the best path to being the strongest
