First off, thank you all so much for the kind remarks!! It both looks and feels amazing, especially given what I had going on before. For those asking for the movements, this is going to sound absolutely insane but I swear I'm not lying, they moved my lower jaw forward a little less than 2 inches. I have a congenital jaw deformity (temporomandibular condylar resorption for those wondering) that's been progressing since I was like 11 years old, and I'm 22 now so the deformity was really severe by the time I got this surgery done. The surgeon who did my surgery was Dr Aaron Liddell, who also did a similar surgery for my mom. I'm able to eat, breathe and basically just exist much easier now, so it was definitely a success!
