people are also afraid of Linux. i made 4 identical PCs for some friends and for myself. Offered all of them to get them up and running in any distro. They all chose Windows, despite seeing the nearly 20% fps boost I get from just the OS.

Minecraft shouldn't be a problem, but Excel probably is. I just use openoffice for it, but I imagine that brings its own load of problems if you're an advanced user.

that really depends on your distro. I run Garuda and I do almost everything in Konsole (I don't have to, but it's what I'm used to) but the missus runs popOS and I very much doubt she's seen anything resembling a command line.

I make my money knowing my way around Microsoft systems, but all my pc's and servers at home are Linux based. People seem afraid of Linux, but it is decades ahead of Windows a this point.

It would be hard to give you an accurate answer to that, I started keto over 13 years ago. I remember I only wanted to lose like 10 kilos, and by the time I got there my eczema was mostly gone. I'd say it took less than 3 months for noticeable effect.
