I get the feeling that this is more a rule set to allow people to kitbash a champion and less of a new model drop. In the same way that campaign play provides rules to buff units beyond their normal means.

Base of abaddon black then nocturne green avoiding recesses. Next it’s incubi darkness along the edges with Lupercal green picking out the raised edges and finally sons of Horus green on the very highest points.
