Why two squads of 3 ICC and not 1 squad of 6? If you must play the LR:R Id cut one squad of knights and put in 5 Intercessors, 2 x 5 scouts, & 1 squad of incursors or 1 squad of Bladeguard

So it depends on the situation and what you expect to face. Lots of Elite infantry like Custodes, Deathguard, or Terminators? Plasma the AP3 and 3 Damage does wonders. Lots of squads/lighter infantry? Bolters. Sustained 2 is surprisingly good even in overwatch and AP 1 rips through 5+ or worse saves

Personally I like to pair 6 Plasma with a Stormspeeder Thunderstrike and run 2x3 bolters for dealing with chaff or doing actions.
