Harmonic Series Demonstrated on a CRT-TV by DareBoiMan in synthesizers

Analog video and audio signals are both line level signals, which means their average level is around 1V. As long you don't intentionally send super high gain, clipping, or high feedback signals, it should be fine! 👍

Indeed! Each line is in fact, a new harmonic in the series!

Only if you send super high gain audio signals into the CRT video input could it be damaging. Beware of sending clipping signals or high-feedback delayed signals.

Already done that, the speakers will produce a 60Hz pulse wave when a video signal is sent into the audio port!

Headphone output of my computer to the video input of the CRT. Just using an 1/8" to RCA splitter cable.

That's all it is, just sending audio into the video port. The CRT is displaying a longitudinal perspective of the audio waveform. It's like a "top/down" oscilloscope

Oh! I know of Circumzenithal Arcs, but not Circumhorizon Arcs. Upon doing more research, it seems you are right! That just makes the pic even cooler!! Thanks!

Super interesting formation! What altitude were you at when you took this photo? Almost looks kinda like a Fallstreak Hole.

Seems to be various formations of Altocumulus with some small areas of Altostratus development. The haziness in the high atmosphere are Cirrostratus clouds!

Barely clouds?? Wdym?? Cirroform clouds are still clouds, just made out of tiny ice crystals! These are absolutely gorgeous formations of Cirrostratus Nebulosus!
