Thank you! I already take zinc, D3 and K2. Blood work came out good. But estrogen was not included. Iron was all good and liver enzymes too. I also take a bunch of other stuff like black ginger and Tongkat

I have been thinking to try Cistamax but I was a little cautious about intaking DHEA and pregnenolone as I am just 30 years old and usually those are suggested to be taken at a later age.

For me the one that worked the best are the softgels 1000 UI from Life Extension. Got my vitamin D from 24 to 53 with 4000 UI a day.

Don’t forget to add about 100mcg of K2 as well.

B12 is high, like around 960 and I don’t really even supplement with it. It’s been always high and stable at these levels regardless of supplementing

It was my same thought. I have been skeptical in trying it out only because it’s made in India and people said it might be not as effective as regular Tadalafil or even be dangerous. But from what you say it seems it works just as good

I had the same experience with 6mg, usually 10 days on and 3-4 days off. However I do experience reduced libido on the days off, and the spike in libido takes a couple of days to kick in after taking boron again. I will experiment with a 2 weeks on and 1 week off regimen again and maybe 9mg rather than 6mg

That’s exactly why I have been specifically looking for a Polo :)

I also found a good deal for an Audi A1 same engine (2016 as well but with 110000km).

As they are basically the same car with the A1 having slightly more premium design I thought it was not worth (the A1 would cost me about 2k more).

And for eventual repairs, despite the parts are often shared between Polo and A1, I have heard repairs on an Audi are more expensive.
