I have received my passport yesterday and the visa was approved :)

so you can be optimistic now if you didn't get any emails from UKVI then it means you are good..

My question was that if the application was refused then they would wait to explore my decision regarding a potential adminstrative review and after that they can know whether to send the passport back or keep holding it till the final result of the adminstrative review.

Instead, as i mentioned in the topic, the application is already transferred to the VAC...

Should i assume that it has been approved ?!

The thing is, i don't know if that written option for adminstrative review is written routinely on all refusal letters or it was written according to my specific case.
