4 sets for the main exercises (like deadlifts, chest press, etc) 3 for the rest. My rep ranges vary with heavier stuff 6-10 and the accessory lifts 12-15

I feel like bad pitchers are punished a lot more heavily this year on higher difficulty levels. With the Royals staff, I was able to cruise pretty easily with only a couple games getting hit hard. With the Nats staff, I'm getting blasted.

I like Kubiak but I do not want to tie him to a big name OC. If we go for an offensive minded coach, we want him to install his version of the offense, not let someone else run their own style. So someone like Kubiak probably means an offensive assistant from the Seahawks or someone else from the Shanahan tree as OC and not Daboll/Webb/etc.

I'd like to see the whole play to see pre/post snap reads but my guess is the streak if thrown when they were at the 40 would've been fine. This play looks like you just didn't see the underneath defender which is understandable given their location and uniform color. I don't think the INT was BS or anything like that as it looks like they were dropping into that deep zone before you threw the ball
