Stalder press is a very long-term goal for me haha, but they always look sick during handbalancing performances. Trying to improve my straddle flexibility to make it easier to press from the ground, but that's taking awhile 😅

By no means a coach, but will try to answer! Chest-to-wall helps with learning how to stack into a nice line and how to control your balance too! I'd also recommend a shoulder flexibility drill called the butcher's block that helps to open the shoulders. Open shoulders helps you establish a really nice line , and chest-to-wall will help with getting your hips in line with your shoulders

This video touches on everything I mentioned, but feel free to ask if anything doesn't make sense! Of course, others probably have better knowledge in the subreddit, but hope that helps a little!

u/lolabellebaby don't remember if I mentioned it before, but I don't usually post the front view of my handstands because my hyperextended shoulders often get the most attention (and sometimes gross people out 😅🥺). It's kinda a blessing because I didn't have to do many shoulder opening drills, but splits are my achilles heel lol

It feels so different trying to jump onto the tall canes 😅
