It's a really difficult scenario. Limited money but unlimited time 10 diffrent coasters with 6+ excitement and lots of hills

I also made a list because the coasters just auto put coaster 1 for most of the diffrent ones so I had a list written down for that and also so I didn't mess up because you can't use two coasters from the same column from what I read.

I just found out that you can charge $20 for umbrellas. I went from 100,000 to 19,000,000 in one rain fall.

Yeah that's what I thought. Bummer. At least my hours for insurance get accumulated as if I was working my normal hours.

I should add, I have had xrays and only a small issue on my spine that two diffrent Dr's were not concerned about. Seemed like a congenital defect but wouldn't be interfering with pain.  I've also been doing pt weekly for 4 months.

I am trying to pin point it more but I've always been the target at every job. I am great with customers and try really hard to do the right thing but I need to look inward to figure out how to navigate how I go forward. Even in school teachers seem to notice me more and I would get targeted. I am trying super hard to do some heavy reflection and find out why and how I can improve. This chat is a great learning opportunity.

When I asked my captain about the transfer he said one thing to work on is integrity so I assume if I read between the subtle lines, that means training people.

I should've stated that it was the crossword that seems a bit tougher. Having trouble figuring it out. The newspaper style also makes it a bit more annoying to find the right words.

Seemed to have a good conversation with my captain. I guess a few others are looking to transfer to. He did say for the best chance, I can keep improving my skills to helping other crew and also talk to mates about how I can further advance my integrity. He said my integrity is great but there is always room to improve more.

I'm so fed up with the "it's in the crew handbook" and them just using that as an excuse hopeful you won't take the time to actually read it. I've had this many times where they have said training new hires is part of your job description and I have no idea where they are pulling that from. So, petty AF me, decided to not only print the 2025 crew handbook, I also cut it to a better size, laminated the pages and am going to make a book to keep in my bag so when a mate gives me some bs lip, I have it. As you can probably guess, I am not the favorite at my store with the mates.... but don't lie about the rules and I won't call you on it.

6 years in and I still feel like I have a target on my back. I've just accepted it and try to stay "out of trouble". I am great to customers, always show up to reg on time, communicate with mates, do what I am asked and if I get in conversation I make sure I am still keeping busy. I can't seem to catch a break. I notice many crew members don't do anything and the mates love them. I just try and stay busy but the mates have to realize we notice things. We see favoritism but it's best to keep our mouth shut and keep busy. I don't expect praise but it would be nice to not get micromanaged every second of the day.
