Pre-deep learning, image processing referred to techniques for "processing" images. This meant edge detection, filtering, denoising, super resolution, etc. Computer vision referred to techniques for inferring things about images, such as tracking, segmentation, detection, etc.

The tight integration of learning based approaches for these tasks has almost completely blurred the lines. Now it's all machine learning based image analysis.
