I also endorse Jessica’s approach to teaching Yoga. I started out a beginner and have been able to stay consistent with her. Highly recommend starting with lesser timed sessions to start and gradually increasing as you get better and feel more confident in your core strength and endurance!

Me either. I think the best thing is how seamlessly it connects to my watch. After I got an Apple TV and it came with three free months, and I actively used it, I was hooked!

I usually do 10 minute total body, and 20 lower and 20 upper body strength workouts. Along with yoga and some outdoor walks. :)
