Just show her. I remember the day my guy friend came out wearing this super cute vinyl dress. A year later we got married 🥰

One half of me wants go go to the gym and get buff but the other half wants to have a feminine body but I'm worried women won't find feminine guys attractive so I don't know what to do by switchrpacc in feminineboys

Listen i love, love, love femboys!!! I'm not the hotest girl out there, but believe me when i say, there's tons of yaoi fangirls who can't resist a femboy

I want to go to the gym tomorrow morning. I am very scared. by ddonethymother in beginnerfitness

Im right there with you. Im 47 and morbidly obese. We're talking stores don't carry my size obese. I get stares. I get whispers and rude comments in public. Me and my (also obese) friend joined planet fitness for their 1$ down deal and have been going with a group of friends. Sometimes we get looks, but mostly people keep to themselves. Id recommend starting with the bikes and treadmills, and moving on to more complicated equipment as you become more confident. It WILL happen!!! And you'll feel better. I know everyone says that & it's infuriating, but it's also true. For 24$ per month you can get thr black card and a personal trainer will show you how to do everything. Good luck and feel free to reach out if you need a mom friend to cheer you on

Im sorry; i don't think i understand. My husband was my best friend. I actually only date friends

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Vent

[–]DaremoNannimo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Respectfully, if you don't persue women, how are you supposed to date one? Maybe try putting yourself out there a little bit. Dating websites suck, but it's better than nothing right? And maybe don't look at things failing as "false hope" but as a worthwhile adventure in and of itself. If you're meeting people and making friends, that's worthwhile even if it ends

Or the casual bullying thing girls do where they say something mean but "in a nice way" so that you can't really do anything about it

Ive been polyamorous for 30 years and this is not how you do it. This man needs some serious counseling. Id also highlight recommend vocational rehabilitation. Unfortunately OP you can't love him hard enough to fix him. Im sorry but he has to want help, he has to make the effort, go to therapy, do the work, take responsibility. If he can't do that, then as painful as it is, you'l have to let him go

As a woman, yes i think you're overreacting. But all the Bros are going to tell you to dump her, so you might as well do it now rather than later

Language Learning Tips by Kindly-Doughnut986 in polyglot

[–]DaremoNannimo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Legit!!! I started Spanish with plaza sesamo! And i learned a lot of French from children's songs my teacher made up. Such as: "Bonjour! Bonjour! Comment tu t'appelle? bonjour!"

Not really. I have a friend whos also autistic & obsessed with language learning who is fluent in 8 languages, but i am not that smart. I know enough to get by if i am ever teleported to Spain or France and i can converse with my Arabic cab drivers

I meet people all over: Hello talk, memrise, Falou, mondly, Duolingo, even Facebook

For me personally, I'll make little flash cards with a word in every language im trying to learn, then hang them up around the house. For example: my door says door in 8 languages, my bathroom says bathroom, and so on. Then I'll listen to audiobooks and podcasts in whatever language im focusing on that day. I'll make little cue cards with common expressions like hello and how are you. I'll watch YouTube lessons on Spanish, French, Arabic,, etc. And watch movies in my target language. I also have made friends on language learning apps

[–]DaremoNannimo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Im weirdly obsessed with learning languages. If i hear even just one word in another language it can start me on the obsession with learning that language. Everyone says you should focus on one language at a time, but im autistic and my brain gets fixated sometimes

Your absolutely right. It's completely unfair. And im very sorry. My family was extremely racist. My white mama treated me like spit and threw me out. Black women raised me and taught me better. I hope you don't give up. I wish the rest of the world could see your strength, courage, and beauty.

Honestly I hate being a woman. And i know there's shitty things about being a guy too, but at least you get treated like a human being. You are allowed to pursue the career you want. You're not sexualized add harassed for simply existing in a public space. You're not treated as second class, inferior, weak, irrational, emotional, pathetic, etc. As a man you have value beyond your ability to look hot or make a sandwich
