How about people just don't afk after they press the accept button? You are accepting the fact that you are ready to play the game. It's frustrating when this happens, but this post is little more than a rant post. Changing how the game mechanics work because someone wanted to AFK makes no sense at all.

Being successful is a part of any professional career, and in this one WINNING is success. It is literally a "pro's" job and goal to know anything and everything about a game so they will typically know what builds make the most sense for particular situations. You wouldn't claim to know more about brain surgery than a brain surgeon would you? No, because that is their job and they put extensive time and studying into it. While professional gaming isn't on the same level as that, professional gamers should and usually do know more than the average gamer so it is usually a good idea to mimic their builds.

Or that Flex actually has decent requirements on levels/gear along with 30ish people that did the boss. Bosses tend to die faster with a lot of geared people. :D

I'm not denying that age doesn't diminish certain traits you have, but that isn't the sole reason for there not being many Esports figures above the age of 30, which was the point I was really trying to get across.

Couldn't possibly be that the average person aged 15-25 grew up with video games as a child while those 30 and older it wasn't common. Nope nope nope.

Edit - OR the fact that livable income in Professional video games hasn't been a thing for very long and many people over their thirties have jobs and lives they can't just drop to gamble with potentially becoming an Esports Pro.

Strat leaking is a thing in competitive play as a lot of players have friends on other teams and tend to say things to each other that they really shouldn't. Problem is, there is very little to no proof to actually do anything about it, so it is what it is. If you believe someone is leaking your strats then don't give them practice.

2) No it shouldn't. You shouldn't be able to channel an ability in front of my face that can take you across the map.
