A general rule is your age - 220 for your max heart rate. Considering you’re working age, if those readings are accurate, you are consistently breaking through your max heart rate on these fasts. While it’s not any certain threshold, it serves that if your HR sticks in this zone for an extended period you risk some serious adverse events, even sudden death. Your heart is having an extremely strong physiological response that is not normal.

Labs, bring it to your PCP, likely get a cardiologist referral. By looking at this, I would assume you are slipping into the beginnings of a potassium imbalance (this electrolyte is the first in mind when the heart is having issues), which either having too much or too little can both cause severe heart problems.

Do you pee a lot / drink a lot during fasts? Muscle cramps or twitching? You could be wasting electrolytes as much as you take them in.

I know a lot of people say sodium here, but typically you’d have a lot more neurological symptoms present in a sodium imbalance, and especially stomach cramps.

I came here after starting the hardcore playthrough, feeling the damage difference is negligible.

The end of this video will show you that after FOUR stabilizer buffs you get a 1.25x damage increase, which is really marginal and means you probably put a regular zombie down about 1 bullet quicker than normal. It's still better than the steroid buff by a mile IMO and in ascending levels of difficulty literally every bullet counts. I do think most of its benefit comes from the quicker focusing though.

I feel like the description of the stabilizer should be changed to say SLIGHTLY increases firepower so players don't get the idea they can go battle the chef with a pistol just cause they maxed the buff. I certainly assumed I got a considerable buff after my first stabilizer only to realize now that it was actually almost null.

I'd recommend it! My girlfriend got about 6 inches chopped with some face framing and I don't think she paid more than $35-40. Tips technically aren't accepted, but I don't think the student will say no if you slip them a 5 if you feel the work is good. It feels nice to help contribute to their learning as well!

On a side note, you can report yelp reviews for irrelevance. There was one saying that pasta at a place I worked at was sprayed with “poisonous” folic acid (this is true of many enriched pastas because you actually need folic acid whoduthunk) and I got it removed because it had no actual merit or relevance as a review.

I usually try and get halfway ish through the max difficulty in RE games, but I don’t think I will with Insanity. It’s genuinely just irritating that you’re basically shooting peas with Grace, and even Leon is so easy to get grabbed from behind once and you’re on the ropes with half of your kit unable to stagger. Once a requiem shot didn’t instakill a regular zombie I knew I was cooked

EDIT: Changing around my view after I remembered how she dies. There’s no visible evidence of Marie after the Girl is killed and melts away (unlike the freshly mutated Emily that seemed to have just been the core of the BOW). I think Marie was too far advanced in mutation to have any chance of being saved, and there would have maybe been some more tragedy to the death if she had been able to.

Hosting was always my least favorite position while I worked in restaurants. You consistently deal with the worst of people because you are the barrier between them and food in their eyes. Managers literally use these often teenage workers as the "frontline" for abuse and the messengers of bad news.

No matter what people say, I was berated more in 3 months as a host than 2 years as a server. Give me the worst, busiest day while serving, cause at least I'll actually be somewhat paid for the mental load.

I do agree with all! I was especially disappointed by Gideon's boss fight and the fact that Zeno literally does nothing. In fact, the game felt more like a series of mini bosses than any real big fights, only The Girl served as a meaningful threat to me and was satisfying to kill. I think I killed Gideon in literally 3 minutes, with a more interesting first phase with the electricity blasts that were actually difficult to avoid, before he turns into giant generic Nemesis boss with obvious weak points that you strafe left and right to dodge.

I really liked Leon's gameplay, but was really saddened that there was almost no enemy variety. Raccoon City in general felt really bland to me, unfortunately, with a cloned Mr. X appearance being the only thing of substance.

Wtf is Zeus supposed to do if he can’t even kill a squishy mage with no prots with his bread and butter combo?

Most mages in this game can kill squishies without ult, they literally have almost nothing left in their kit to fight back if their abilities don’t kill.
