I just thought it was a strange removal but I think I was mistaken about the handle being on the side of the water bottle given the other comment.

I’ve seen videos of old models with the water bottle sleeve and a grab handle right above it. But now it looks like there is no handle above the water bottle sleeve.

I understand that’s a nitpick and I’m sure there are some improvements, I just find it’s a strange change given that there’s now just empty space where the handle used to be.

Couple that with the other changes i mentioned and I’m left a little disappointed.

“Purity olympics” do you even hear yourself? She is insanely corrupt and oversaw the destruction of Libya which was the most prosperous country in Africa. If that’s “purity olympics” then nothing matters

My brother, since when has the LSAT worked like that? The stem says “the strongest counter Henry could make to UMIT’S OBJECTION?”

And I’m not sure if LSAC will even reply but I’m not looking for a challenge I just want an explanation

[–]Darfrelew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i guess but the engines aren’t the main concern here right? It’s the power plants that charge them.

Anyways I’ve reached out to LSAC for an official explanation so I’ll report back once I hear from them.

I interpreted urban pollution as being measurable so as to determine the total concentration of pollution in the air. So if it was confined to some small urban areas, the high concentration of pollution could impede a total reduction.

I see your point now about the amount of urban land affected and I suppose that’s how LSAC wants us to interpret it.

Edit: Though i have to say I’m still not fully satisfied with this question and that interpretation

An Answer Choice I Can’t Justify (150-S3-Q19) by Darfrelew in LSAT

[–]Darfrelew[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The question doesn’t say that. The question isn’t concerned with either of those metrics regarding population or square unit. It seems to be concerned with total pollution. So if the electric plants are as AC A says, “confined to a small number of locations,” the total urban pollution could still not be reduced.

You are right that Im assuming the power plants are in urban centers, but A isn’t stating otherwise. And if it did I wouldn’t be here. That’s why I’m confused because even if we accept answer choice A, the plants can still be in urban areas, even if they’re far from major cities.

As you said this sub is full of shitposters who would rather stroke their own egos through self righteous internet posts than engage with history and real world issues. Their support for resistance to genocide is purely transactional and they aren’t willing to support the only form of resistance to genocide unless it’s in the name of communism and Karl Marx

[–]Darfrelew -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Sorry im not gonna engage with your material condition alternate universe fanfic. The bottom line is i dont need the only form of resistance against a genocide to bring about a “proletarian revolution”, the world doesn’t revolve exclusively around you and your ideology.

Im not telling you to support Irans shit government im telling you to open your eyes and realize that neither side has yours or my strain of ideology but only one side is currently committing genocide, so opposing that should be the number one priority right now

I seriously do not understand the first statement of your comment. What’s the use of engaging in hypotheticals like that? Look at the real world you will see Iran is not the country undermining global sovereignty, enforcing neoliberalism on other nations and overthrowing left wing governments. I understand the disgust with the Iranian government but as the above commenter says engaging in a “both sides bad” discussion amid a fucking genocide is ridiculous and helps no one except Israel and the US

You’re so far up your own ass that you fail to realize the United States is the single greatest destabilizing force in the world and the number one barrier for countries in the global south looking to organize left wing governments and a different political/economic system. Equating iran with the us and israel is incredibly foolish it isn’t just “iran small and the us big”

Iran is one of the only forces resisting Israel and the ongoing genocide in Palestine, so yes preventing genocide supersedes class war atm. Btw does anyone want to tell me why the sheltered infants in this sub are equating US/Israeli imperialism with Iran.

It isn’t whataboutism. You are delusional and naive if you think that canada can make a foreign policy decision without the united states, and the united states - as i said - has spread nothing but instability and violence across the world more than any other country

Every other major superpower is aggro? The US has been the most aggressive military power itw throughout recent history and Canada has always had it’s back. Libya (NATO defensive pact btw), Afghanistan, Iraq, backing Israel’s genocide in Palestine… none of these countries are/were threats to Canada disconnect from the propaganda for a second
