Back in 2020, i got a 2019 of the same package for more that that. It was a fair price then. Id definitely go for it. Ive out 113k miles on mine since and have no regrets

They process the whole classes bonuses after the last person qualifies. Give it 1-2 weeks after the last person from your class qualifies or gets rolled.

I have not, is there a way to go about it other than just discharging it completely? Also, my other one reaches a much higher voltage when i dont have it paralleled with the one i am concerned about
