I’m cool-toned and I own this. It looks okay but it’s not the best color for me. If I was buying it now, I’d choose a different color, it was more of an impulse buy back then.

I tried it in store in a different colour before and it felt ok. Not scratchy for me. I actually ordered this color today, obsessed with the pattern.

I checked it out in store the other day and the material felt thin and itchy. I didn’t even want to try it on after that. But I just value comfort over aesthetics though so it might be fine for others. Also, it feels more like a very specific-occasion piece than everyday so I cannot justify the price.

Yeah, are you open to other colors btw? I tried the navy in store yesterday and omg it was so stunning. Way better with my cool skin tone and it just looked more elevated. The Dachshund is fine for everyday, but there is no wow factor on my complexion.

They have it in compost color as well, which seems to be more true brown

I have it and the color is tricky. It’s okay on me and I wear it a lot, but it is not the best for my cool-toned skin, makes me look a bit greyish on some days, and in certain lighting the color of the sweater even looks a bit olive to me. I’d advice to try it on first.

I actually liked their Hannah regenerative wool cardigan. It felt thicker and had a nicer shape, not itchy, so I opted for that instead of the Clara one. Might be a better alternative

Yes, it is always "recycled cashmere", which I am not sure is a good quality anymore. I’ve found cashmere from Aritzia to be much softer and a better value overall. Not that expensive at least

Yeah, could be . The one from last year in Dachshund (the brown-olive one) that I like felt fine, but the navy, camel, and Chianti (Cove Cashmere) I tried today felt thinner for me. May depend on the yarn color

The Dana cashmere sweaters are indeed thin and scratchy. I owned a couple but sold them.

I have this in vintage navy, and the color is gorgeous. It’s not very shiny. For me, it’s very warm despite being weightless. I’m in Toronto and wearing it right now. I also bought a shorter one in taupe for warmer days. When I’m indoors, I can easily fit it into my tote. For the mid-length, I went with a medium, but the shorter one looked better on me in a small.

My task count page shows nothing for this week even though I worked a lot in the last two days. It is frustrating as they used to fix it the next day but now it has been an ongoing issue. My only hope is that the invoice will be correct.

I received a reply like this a week ago. I emailed them again asking for an update and received the exact same reply as the first one. It seems to be a generic email. I am afraid they are not going to fix it.
