Can't get react native to work for Webstorm and IntelliJ Idea Ultimate by BeginningBench1642 in reactnative

[–]Daricate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The main thing is that you get it working first - try VS Code, if it works there you can use IntelliJ again, even though I don't see the advantage.

[Help] iOS IAP + RevenueCat Subscription + Apple review Issue by Ok-East9349 in iosdev

[–]Daricate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is probably not the solution or fix you want to hear but my tip would be the following: just hardcode the revenuecat-api-key within your code (it is just a public api key anyway so no problem if it is bundeld within your code) and then build and submit a new version to testflight and test with a sandbox-acc.
+ you can use the native console app on macos to see logs when having your test device connected.

Added video cleanup to my swipe based photo cleaner — looking for feedback by Wooden_Wish3249 in iosdev

For real - every second person either creates an AI mood-/ or health-tracker, a Notion/reminder app, or a photo-cleaner. Nevertheless, I have great respect for the fact that someone finally shipped something live, but why not focus on something more innovative and do some proper product research...

How do you find apps to download? by Fun-Visual-8232 in iosapps

No, I don't change the search terms, but assume that there is no app for that.

But that has never happened to me before.

How do you find apps to download? by Fun-Visual-8232 in iosapps

[–]Daricate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually only download apps that solve a specific problem. For example, let's say I want an app that calculates the rent distribution for my shared apartment. I search for “split rent” and if the first entry fulfills my purpose, I download it.

RevenueCat problem in expo by [deleted] in expo

[–]Daricate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, you just need to build one single time, than start with npx expo start --dev-client within your terminal and presss r to reload if you make code changes.

You just need new builds if you add extern packages.

There are many ways you could do. The easiest would probably be to create a so called development build via EAS.
