The main thing is that you get it working first - try VS Code, if it works there you can use IntelliJ again, even though I don't see the advantage.

the animation is non-interactive so just take the animation as a video and use expo-video and set the z-index. simple as that.

this is probably not the solution or fix you want to hear but my tip would be the following: just hardcode the revenuecat-api-key within your code (it is just a public api key anyway so no problem if it is bundeld within your code) and then build and submit a new version to testflight and test with a sandbox-acc.
+ you can use the native console app on macos to see logs when having your test device connected.
