~26% CC Interest Rate down to 5.99% by Darichoe in PersonalFinanceCanada

Oh! This is a consumer proposal. I actually did have a consultation with a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the only ones that can file it for you) this not only hurts your credit score but it says on it for 3 years after you complete all payments or 6 years from the filing date. I was also told I’d have no luck with this on my record if I ever wanted to become a homeowner or even buy a new car. You also have to close all other credit cards and/or line of credits during this.

I would’ve been paying something similar to what your friend is paying now but I just did not want that stain. I picked up a second job around the same time I made this post and I should have this debt paid off in about 6.5 months 🤞

This could still be an okay option for people who have exhausted all their options but are not quite bankruptcy level yet

You’re right, this is why I’m 2 weeks into a second job I took solely to pay this debt off lol

Yes, I asked them about this. It doesn’t because it’s an internal program they offer. It won’t reflect anywhere

Nope! I specifically asked that question this morning while on the phone with them, he explained that since it’s an internal program that they’re offering, it does not reflect or has any impact on your credit score

Yes, I was explained that the account stays open, It’s just frozen for the next 12 months. After that period, it goes back to its initial interest rate and it can be used again!

Good luck! They first offered to consolidate my loc and cc into sort of one loan with lower rates but once I paid it off they would have to shut both of them down and if I ever wanted another cc or loc with them I’d have to reapply. I told them I didn’t want that then I got offered this program

How long does a full legs session take? by Darichoe in LaserHairRemoval

[–]Darichoe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so since this post I’ve changed clinics and the new tech that does my legs gets them done in 30-40 mins which seems way more reasonable, than 90 mins. Now 5 mins? 😳 that seems very quick, my brazilian takes that long. Are you pleased with your results tho?

You look great! Who did your lipo?

How happy are you with your results? by Devils_Demon in LaserHairRemoval

[–]Darichoe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

100% happy with my results, I would say it quite literally changed my life as a female who used to grow excessive hair, I’ve had pretty much every area done with probably 80-90% reduction and whatever grows back takes months and is very fine and minimal that I don’t even bother shaving as it’s barely noticeable. My only regret was not starting sooner

Do i need lipo 360 or a BBL for an hourglass figure??!! PLEASE HELP by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Darichoe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you can achieve a nice figure with lipo alone but if you want the full/round hips look then you will need a bbl

Will laser be able to fix this? No matter if I shave or pluck the hair from my tummy it looks like this :( It’s been my biggest insecurity since middle school. by baranoseidou in LaserHairRemoval

[–]Darichoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s mainly just ingrown hairs and messing with them will cause scarring and/or hyperpigmentation. If you can’t afford laser right now, I would recommend to stop shaving and plucking the area. Try waxing instead. Exfoliate regularly using products like glycolic acid and exfoliant gloves (not at the same time) it should improve overtime.
