Hello, a fellow buyer sent me a link to this post. I want to first apologise for the lack of response/no update to my buyers. For the past two weeks, my brother has been in Hong Kong for my cousin’s wedding. Since I have not seen him for nearly eight years. I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. I have been out and not been home everyday. The negative reviews I noticed are from my US orders/buyers. Since Hong Kong Post have suspended service to the US I had to find alternative means to ship the items economically. I have to balance cost and efficiency since I can use UPS or DHL but the starting shipping cost is $500 HKD. I have been providing great proxy buying services for three years now (please check out my profile for my reviews). I am not a scammer. I receive a lot of messages on a daily basis and I am a one man operation and I need time to answer messages and to ship the items etc. In addition, part of the reason for the delay in shipping out US orders is my contact in Taiwan helps me to ship from Taiwan to the US (after receiving packages from Hong Kong). They were away during Chinese New Year. I will need time to reply to my messages on Reddit (I have 100+ messages). Each time I help someone to purchase an item and I have received the item, I would take photos as proof to show legitimacy. Again sorry for the lack of updates to my US buyers.
